Over the past year, we've built Cartomail into a fast, reliable, and privacy-focused email platform tailored for professionals and teams. Today, we’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey: Cartomail is now Mallient.

Why the change? As we looked beyond email and into the future of intelligent, security-first productivity, we realized our name should reflect more than just mail. Mallient represents our commitment to smarter, more resilient communication — blending “mail” with “sentinel,” a nod to the protection and intelligence built into the core of our platform.

Email is still the #1 threat vector for malware, phishing, and business email compromise. That’s why we’re integrating Amazon GuardDuty directly into Mallient’s email pipeline. With real-time threat detection and automated anomaly analysis, users will be better protected from malicious attachments, spoofed domains, and suspicious behavior — all without lifting a finger.

Voice-to-Text Email Composition and Reading

Accessibility and convenience go hand-in-hand. Whether you're on the go, multitasking, or have accessibility needs, our upcoming voice-to-text features will let you compose emails by voice and have your inbox read aloud — hands-free. This is built using modern browser APIs and optimized for mobile and desktop alike.

AI-Assisted Email Categorization (Powered by AWS SageMaker)

Your inbox shouldn’t be a battlefield. Using AWS SageMaker, we’re building a lightweight machine learning layer that learns how you handle email — automatically sorting messages by context, urgency, or intent. Think of it as having a smart assistant who already knows how you triage.
